Mr. Wasim Bhatti’s tenure in the construction industry includes positions with both international and domestic construction and engineering firms and big four accounting firms, as well as expert witness testimony in a variety of venues including the arbitration, mediation and court trial venues. Senior management level positions with several claims consulting and project management firms, including positions as Project Controls Manager, have provided Mr. Bhatti with numerous years of experience on projects, including wastewater collection, pipelines and treatment facilities as well as industrial, detention, residential, and mass transportation construction projects. Mr. Bhatti has also served as a mediator and on many dispute review boards both on behalf of owners, contractors and A/E firms.

The projects Mr. Bhatti has been involved with range in value form $150,000.00 to in excess of $5B. Representing owners, contractors, and architectural/engineering firms. Mr. Bhatti has achieved a unique insight on construction related disputes from virtually every perspective that enables him to approach each assignment with complete objectivity.
