Hello, I'm Art Kanzaki, founder of Kanzaki Project Management Consultants Inc. (KPMCI). After over 32 years in project management, I retired only to discover I still want to help others set up their projects for success whether before, during or even after construction. I've provided project leadership for multimillion-dollar projects and now aim to improve project delivery on other projects.

We offer holistic, tailored solutions for every phase of construction, from pre-construction planning to post-construction claims resolution. I believe in the "Goldilocks Project System" - not too much, not too little, rather just right for the challenges and not a one size fits all approach.

My career highlights include successful project leadership roles at Fortis BC Energy Inc. and others, management of complex projects up to $500 million per project like the Pattullo Gasline Replacement, the Lower Mainland Intermediate Pressure System Upgrade, Fraser HDD Crossing Project, Whistler Natural Gas Pipeline Project, Southern Crossing Project, South Okanagan Natural Gas Project and Surrey-Langley Natural Gas Pipeline Project. I have also work on natural gas developments in Colombia, Russian Far East, Turkey, Sharjah (Middle East) and the Philippines.

I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with the next generation and actively contribute to professional associations including speaking to the next generation of engineers attending the University of BC.
